At Vaulty, all our products are digital items (downloadable files, templates, presets, fonts, licenses, etc.). Due to the nature of these products — delivered instantly and immediately accessible after purchase — all sales are final and non-refundable.
Right of withdrawal (European Union customers)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent. By finalizing your order, you request immediate access to the product and acknowledge that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

We want you to be fully satisfied. If your file is corrupted, incomplete, does not match its description, or if you encounter a technical download issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the problem (new link, corrected file) and, if no solution is possible, a refund may be granted at our discretion.
