These terms and conditions govern the use of the Vaulty store and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Our Products

Vaulty exclusively sells digital products: templates, presets, fonts, mockups, graphic kits, themes, code, and other downloadable files. No physical products are shipped. After payment, you receive immediate download access.

2. License of Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the purchase grants you a personal and/or commercial, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the product. It is forbidden to resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish our files as such, for free or for payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, files, and elements sold remain the intellectual property of Vaulty or its licensors. Purchase does not transfer any ownership rights other than the license of use described above.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (€). Payment is due upon order, via the secure payment methods offered at the time of checkout.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, by immediate download and/or a link sent by email after payment confirmation. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.

6. Refunds

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please consult our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

7. Warranties and Liability

Our products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that they will meet all your specific needs or that they will function without interruption on all software or devices. To the extent permitted by law, Vaulty's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

You agree not to use our products for illegal, fraudulent, or third-party rights infringing purposes.
